David Michael Evans Bellevue (formerly of Gorsemount) Whitland Mark and Liz wish to thank relatives, neighbours, friends and work colleagues for the kind expressions of sympathy received. All phone calls, texts, cards, letters and donations received in Michael's memory were greatly appreciated. Special thanks are extended to the Doctors and staff at Meddygfa Taf Surgery, Whitland, Narberth District Nurses, Pembrokeshire County Council Reablement team, the Withybush Hospital Home Care team, the Acute Response team and in particular, the nurses and staff of the Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service. Grateful thanks are also extended to Reverend Kingsley Taylor, St Mary's Church, Whitland and Reverend Euryl Howells, Senior Chaplain, Hywel Dda University Health Board for a beautiful funeral service, conducted with great dignity in such difficult times, and to Ken and Lynys Davies and staff of Ken Davies & Sons, Funeral Directors, Clynderwen, for their caring and professional arrangements.
