GORCHYMYN SIR BENFRO (DARK STREET/MARINERS SQUARE, HWLFFORDD) (GWAHARDD DROS DRO DRAFFIG CERBYDOL) 2021 Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
Mae'r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir codi sgaffaldiau ar yr eiddo ar gornel Dark Streel/Mariners Square.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd yr holl draffig cerbydol dros dro, oni bai am gerbydau eithriedig, rhag mynd ar hyd y rhannau o'r ffordd a bennir yn yr Atodlen i'r hysbysiad hwn.
Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig yn ystod y cau bydd trwy'r Stryd Fawr, Dew Street, Albert Street, Barn Street a Perrot Avenue.

Bydd y gorchymyn un ffordd ar gyfer Dark Street yn cael ei ddiddymu drwy gydol y cyfnod cau er mwyn caniatau mynediad at ac oddi wrth yr eiddo sydd wedi'u lleoli uwchben y gwaith.
Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu llofnodi yn unol a hynny, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 19 Ebrill 2021 am chwe wythnos.

Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal ynghyd a mynediad cerbydol i'r eiddo a leolir y tu allan i ardal y gwaith.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 12 mis fel cynllun wrth
gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (DARK STREET/MARINERS SQUARE, HAVERFORDWEST) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021 NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order is necessary so that scaffolding can be erected to a property on the corner of Dark Streel/Mariners Square.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than exempted vehicles, from proceeding along those sections or road listed in the schedule to this notice.
The alternative route for traffic during the closure will be via High Street, Dew Street, Albert Street, Barn Street and Perrot Avenue.
The one way order for Dark Street will be revoked for the duration of the closure to enable access to and from properties located above the works. It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 19th April 2021, for six weeks.
Pedestrian access will be maintained together with vehicular access to property located outside of the works area.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency
should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen
circumstances.
