Notice is hereby given by William Evans of Gwaun Valley Meats, Letterston that on the 6th April 2021 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence.
The application is in respect of the premises Gwaun Valley Meats, 3 St Davids Road, Letterston and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements. The application relates to the off sale of alcohol.
Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 4th May 2021 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
