Rhoddir
trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid Mai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
Mae'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwajth tocio telathrebu.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd holl draffig cerbydol dros dro, oni bai am gerbydau eithriedig, rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o'r ffordd Dosbarth III (C3035) yn Robeston West - o'i chyffordd a ffordd yr U6091 yn Robeston West, i'r dwyrain i'w chyffordd yng nghyffiniau'r eiddo o'r enw Cross Cottage.
Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ffordd yr U6091 Robeston West i Tiers Cross, ffordd yr C3120 Tiers Cross i Gastell Gwalchmai, ffordd yr C3125 Castell Gwalchmai i Rickeston, a ffordd yr C3035 i Robeston West

Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau. a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd, yn dod i rym ddydd Mercher 13 Hydref 2021 ac yn parhau mewn grym am oddeutu 7 diwrnod neu hyd nes bydd y gwaith wedl'l gwblhau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 12 mis fel cynllun wrth
gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (CLASS III (C3035) ROAD AT ROBESTON WEST)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021
NOTICE
is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The proposed Order is necessary so that telecom polling works can be carried out. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of the Class III (C3035) road at Robeston West - from its junction with the U6091 road at Robeston West, east to its junction within the vicinity of the property known as Cross Cottage. The alternative route for traffic will be the U6091 Robeston West to Tiers Cross road, C3120 Tiers Cross to Walwyns Castle road, C3125 Walwyns Castle to Rickeston road, and C3035 road to Robeston West
Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure. It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Wednesday 13th October 2021 and remain in force for approximately 7 days or until completion of the works.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
