GORCHYMYN SIR BENFRO (FFORDD DOSBARTH II B4319 ST DANIELS HILL, PENFRO) (DIDDYMU A FFORDD GYFYNGEDIG) 2022 Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fbd Cyngor Sir Penfro yn cynnig gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 82, 83 ac 84 (1) a Rhan III a IV o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ("y Ddeddf"). Effaith hyn fydd dirymu'n rhannol y terfyn cyflymder o 40mya sy'n gymwys i'r darn hwnnw o'r ffordd a gynhwysir yn yr Atodlen i'r hysbysiad hwn, ac adfer statws ffordd gyfyngedig (terfyn 30mya yn gymwys).

Rhoddir

trwy hyn fbd Cyngor Sir Penfro yn cynnig gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 82, 83 ac 84 (1) a Rhan III a IV o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ("y Ddeddf"). Effaith hyn fydd dirymu'n rhannol y terfyn cyflymder o 40mya sy'n gymwys i'r darn hwnnw o'r ffordd a gynhwysir yn yr Atodlen i'r hysbysiad hwn, ac adfer statws ffordd gyfyngedig (terfyn 30mya yn gymwys).

Bydd y terfyn cyflymder is yn ymestyn i'r de heibio i'r lloches i gerddwyr/beicwyr sydd newydd ei hadeiladu ar St Daniels Hill.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (CLASS II ROAD B4319 ST DANIELS HILL, PEMBROKE) (REVOCATION AND RESTRICTED ROAD) ORDER 2022 NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council propose to make an Order under Sections 82, 83 and 84 (1) and parts III & IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act")., the effect of which will be to revoke in part the 40mph speed limit that applies to that length of road contained in the Schedule to this notice, and, reinstate restricted road status (30mph limit applies). The reduced speed limit will extend south past the newly constructed pedestrian refuge on St Daniels Hill.
