Ar 1 Chwefror, 2022 mewn cyfarfod eithriadol o'r Cyngor llawn, bu Cyngor Sir Penfro yn ystyried yr Adroddiad er Budd y Cyhoedd gan Archwilydd Cyffredinol Cymru, 'Diffygion yn Nhrefniadau Llywodraethu a Phrosesau Penderfynu Cyngor Sir Penfro Mewn Perthynas ag Ymadawiad ei Brif Weithredwr blaenorol gyda Thaliad Terfynu', a gyhoeddwyd ar 13 Ionawr2022.
Daeth y Cyngor i'r casgliad ei fod:
* yn cydnabod ac yn derbyn canfyddiadau ac argymhellion adroddiad Archwilio Cymru;

* yn cytuno Cynllun Gweithredu Llywodraethu arfaethedig y Cyngor i fynd i'r afael 3'r argymhellion;

* y bydd Pwyllgor Llywodraethu ac Archwilio'r Cyngor yn darparu goruchwyliaeth o'r Cynllun Gweithredu Llywodraethu hwn,

gan adrodd o bryd i'w gilydd i'r Cyngor ar gynnydd o ran gweithredu'r cynllun.
Pembrokeshire County Council
On 1st February, 2022 at an extraordinary meeting of full Council, Pembrokeshire County Council considered the Public Interest Report by the Auditor General for Wales, 'Deficiencies in Pembrokeshire County Council's Governance and Decision Making Relating to the Departure of its former Chief Executive with a Termination Payment', which was published on 13th January 2022.
The Council concluded that:
* it acknowledges and accepts the findings and recommendations of the Audit Wales report;

* it agrees the Council's proposed Governance Action Plan to address the recommendations;

* the Council's Governance and Audit Committee will provide oversight of this Governance Action Plan reporting periodically to Council on progress of its implementation.
