Profile: Fiona Phillips

Western Telegraph:

I am the editor of Newsquest's newspapers and websites in west Wales - Western Telegraph, Milford Mercury, Tivyside Advertiser, South Wales Guardian, Wales Farmer and Pembrokeshire Farmer. I am from Pembrokeshire and have had a long association with the Western Telegraph, having started as a trainee there forty years ago. This is my second stint as editor in west Wales and I have have, in total, 14 years experience in editing regional newspapers. I write about anything and everything and have experience in writing for national newspapers and broadcast media and in a previous life was a dedicated court reporter. I am particularly interested in Pembrokeshire, its people, landscape and history; but also love to write about the theatre and film, books and food.
