At the next roundabout turn right onto the A470 to Builth Wells and continue through the village of Llyswen and on to Erwood.

Proceed through Erwood village and just before the public conveniences on the left hand side there is a lay by. The property is found just before the lay-by on the left as indicated by the agents for sale board.
