Last night the mansion at Rhosygilwen was packed to standing room only and people were seated on the floor.

People had driven across the county and all had assembled to listen to and astro-archeologist Robin Heath.

Robin Heath, the megalithic researcher of international repute, who has published nine books, two of which are available in seven different languages, had promised to stun his audience with the findings of his 25 years of research of the local landscape, its geometry and the astronomical alignments of the megalithic structures.

He did not disappoint and his audience were indeed stunned.

Slide after slide revealed Robin's extraordinary discoveries relating to the sacredness of the landscape of Pembrokeshire. At last explaining why this corner of the planet may - not only because of its physical beauty - attract so many artists, thinkers, writers, innovators and why, as we move into an age of challenging austerity, those who seek to revolutionise the way we live and our relationship with earth have been drawn here to give birth to their ideas and hone their practices. Their knowledge and techniques which may one day benefit us all.

As Robin Heath's research demonstrated time and again, the power of the alignments of the structures in the landscape creating a potent sacred geometric map across the entire landscape of Pembrokeshire, linking precisely geometrically to famous sites in other parts of the United Kingdom shows us that there was once an intelligence in the creating of the landscape which may be important and timely for us now to rediscover. Missed the talk? Well Robin Heath's findings are all recorded in his new book Bluestone Magic.

His book tells you how to get to a site, the geometry in respect to that site, and its relationship to the local and even sometimes distant landscapes.

The guide also reveals how sites relate to each other and how the movements of the sun and moon magically allow certain sites to come alive at important times in the calendar year. Published by Bluestone Press Bluestone Magic contains 184 pages with 100 colour illustrations and a map of the Preselis.

Copies are available from today in shops throughout the country.
