New parking charges are to be introduced at three Pembrokeshire car parks in February.

Charges will be brought in at the Pembrokeshire County Council car parks at St Thomas Green and Rifleman’s Field in Haverfordwest, and Station Road, Pembroke.

They will come into force from Monday, February 1.

Parking charges will also be introduced at the Mart Ground in Crymych from Tuesday 1st March.

The fees at St Thomas Green and Riflemans Field in Haverfordwest, Station Road in Pembroke and the Mart Ground in Crymych will apply throughout the year.

Two further car parks will see the introduction of seasonal charges on March 1st - High Street in St Dogmaels and Station Hill in Goodwick.

These charges will be in place annually between 1st March and 31st October.

The introduction of charges was approved by Pembrokeshire County Council’s Cabinet in July last year following a review of non-charging car parks across the County.

Some residents will be able to buy annual parking permits.
