THE Pembrokeshire Lottery held its spring super draw on March 9, with Margaret John scooping the £8,000 prize.
Pembrokeshire Lottery manager Abigail Owens was among the first to congratulate Mrs John from Pembroke Dock.
She said: "The money raised by our players helps so many businesses to create jobs in Pembrokeshire, but it’s also creating a winner every single week.”
Asked what she plans to spend her winnings on, Mrs John said: “The plan is to pay off some bills and paint the house in the spring. I still can’t believe it, I never win anything!”
The usual weekly £2,000 prize will continue until the £8,000 summer super draw on June 8.
