Police have named the victim of a fatal tractor accident on a farm near Boncath as 61-year old Ryan David Lewis.
Mr Lewis died after an incident at the Lancych farm, believed to have involved a tractor and a trailer, on Tuesday, November 21.
Emergency services, including two ambulances, were called to the farm at 10.15am and Mr Lewis was taken to Glangwili General Hospital.
“Dyfed-Powys police can confirm that the name of the man who tragically died following an incident at Lancych, Boncath is 61-year old Ryan David Lewis,” said a police spokesman.
“An inquest has been opened and adjourned to a later date.”
Mr Lewis’ family is being supported by trained police officers and the Health and Safety Executive has been informed.
