A community lantern parade led by Santa has heralded the start of Saundersfoot's Christmas Festival by the Sea.
Children and adults brought along their own illuminations for Friday's procession, which made its way across to the Harbour decking for the switch-on of the lighting feature, and carol singing led by the Greenhill School jazz band.
The festival continues today (Saturday) until 7pm and tomorrow (Sunday) from 10am to 5pm.
A heated harbourside marquee with around 60 stalls, live entertainment, chef demonstrations and Santa's Grotto are amongst the attractions of the festival, which is organised by Saundersfoot Chamber for Tourism.
