RECENT crime figures in Pembroke Dock, Pembroke, and the surrounding area have seen a decrease month-on-month, the latest figures from Dyfed-Powys Police have revealed.

Crime figures reported in Pembroke Dock decreased month-on-month, from 122 in October to 110 in November, while the Pembroke area decreased from 96 in October to 78 in November.

Pembroke Dock saw incidents of antisocial behaviour drop month-on-month from 48-28, while Pembroke decreased from 45-28.

Offences recorded in Pembroke Dock in October included 18 criminal damage or arson, up from 16; 26 violence offences, down from 26; 11 shoplifting, up from six; seven other theft; six burglary, up from four; four vehicle crime; and six drugs offences, down from 10.

The Pembroke area saw 10 criminal damage, up from four; 21 violence-related offences; three burglary, up from two; three drugs, down from four; one vehicle crime; one shoplifting, down from five; eight other theft; and three burglary, down from two.

The trend over 2017, based on the latest figures, shows Pembroke Dock crime figures at 135 in November 2016, 91 in December 2016, 128 in January, 110 in February, 119 in March, 99 in April, 129 in May, 128 in June, 138 in July, 164 in August, 112 in September, and 122 in October.

Pembroke and the surrounding area saw recorded figures of 72 in November 2016, 64 in December 2016, 63 in January, 69 in February, 62 in March, 52 in April, 78 in May, 95 in June, 85 in July, 83 in August, 75 in September, and 96 in October.
