A PEMBROKESHIRE charity is holding a farm open day this weekend, giving families a chance to come face to face with farm animals and meet local businesses.
The DPJ Foundation’s open farm day will take place on Saturday, August 4 at Great Hares Head Farm, Wiston (SA62 4EL) between 10am and 4pm.
Learn about farm life at the open day with events like sheep shearing.
The day is a chance for visitors to learn about life on a working farm.
They can pet cows, sheep and lambs, see how it feels to site behind the wheel of farm machinery, taste local produce from a range of business, and meet vets and the farmers themselves.
Entry is £5 for adults and 2.50 for children over five years old.
Contact Hannah on 07794542849 or Emma on 07920048301 for more information, or visit the DPJ Foundation Facebook page.
