A local lorry driver is to stand trial accused of breaching a restraining order.
Jason Brinson Phillips, 47, of Wavell Crescent, Pembroke Dock, appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Wednesday, September 12.
Phillips, 47, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of breaching a restraining order between August 24 and September 12, by allegedly leaving a number of messages on his ex-partner’s phone.
Magistrates accepted jurisdiction and a trial date was listed for October 10.
Phillips was remanded into custody until his next hearing.
