Pembroke Dock St Johns Short Mat Bat Bowls Club will be looking smarter for the up and coming season thanks to the generosity of local Funeral Director Neil Roberts.
Mr Roberts has donated a set of shirts to the club.
Phil Bowen from the club said: “We had a uniform before but up unitl now we have had to buy it ourselves. I contacted Neil and he said he would be happy to pay for the new shirts.
“We are over the moon, a new style moon and new sponsorship is great.”
If you would like to take part in short mat bat bowls there is a community day every Tuesday afternoon from 2pm.
The community day is open to all ages and abilities and is held in St Johns Church Hall, Church Street, Pembroke Dock.
“I would like to thank Neil for the donation of the shirts,” said Mr Bowen.
