A Fishguard man is to stand trial accused of threatening behaviour.

Timothy Paul Brown, of Smyth Street, faces two allegations of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

Brown, 26, pleaded not guilty to both charges when he appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates on Tuesday, October 30.

The offences are alleged to have taken place in Fishguard on July 13.

A trial date was listed for November 28.

Brown was released on bail with the condition not to contact prosecution witnesses.
