THE county council is selling a piece of land in Neyland.
The 0.15-acre site at Honeyborough Business Park is suitable for a 'variety of light industrail uses' says the council, subject to necessary planning permission being granted.
Offers are invited in the region of £28,000.
Interested parties have until Monday, January 7, to make an offer.
The plot is being sold as freehold, with vacant possession.
Connection to utilities such as electricity, water and sewerage are available in the area, but the cost will be borne entirely by the purchases.
