Memory Cafe visitors take part in art activities with the VC Gallery.
THE MEMORY Cafe is held in the Picton Centre, Haverfordwest on Friday, November 30 between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
This month we welcome back Rosita Roles for Music and Movement.
The Memory Cafe is free and runs on the last Friday of every month.
It is supported by Haverfordwest Town Council and PAVS to provide fun and friendship for anyone affected by memory loss, their families and carers.
The Alzheimer’s Society and Hafal Crossroads are also there to answer any questions about living with dementia and what help is available.
Everyone is welcome.
