POLICE, including armed officers, are responding to a report of a robbery at The Mount in Milford Haven.
An eye witness said that police have arrested one man from a property on Chestnut way and are now searching for a second person.
Around 10 officers have been spotted wearing riot gear, some armed.
A police spokesman said: "At approximately 10.45am a Post Office cash driver was approached by a man who made threats and the suspect then made off with a cash box on foot.
"The victim was not injured."
The Post Office van and an area next to the Mount post office have been cordoned off.
Anyone who witnessed this incident or has information as to the whereabouts of the suspect is urged to contact police immediately on 101.
