THE death of a man, found dead in Pembroke Dock on Thursday, is not being treated as murder by police.

The body of a 41-year-old man was found by ambulance workers at a property in Bush Street at 11.30am on November 29.

Three men were arrested in connection with the investigation.

Police are now investigating an assault near the town’s cricket club, Imble Lane.

A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating an assault in the vicinity of the cricket club, Imble Lane, Pembroke Dock.

“A post mortem has today been carried out on the 41-year-old man, who was found dead at a property on Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, on (Thursday, November 29.

“Police can confirm that the investigation is not being treated as murder.

“Three men – aged 35, 32 and 30 - were arrested on November 29. They remain in police custody arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm assault.

“Next of kin have been updated.”
