FATHER Christmases galore will be ho-ho-ho-ing their way around Tenby on Sunday (December 9) as they take part in the town's annual Santa Run.

Hosted by Tenby Round Table, the event is a 3k fun run which takes in a loop of Tenby town and harbour, with a shorter 500m run available for children.

Registration opens at 11am, with the children's race at 11.45am and the adults at 12 noon, both starting and finishing from the grounds of St Mary's Church.

Santa suits are included with the entry fee to ensure that the town is awash with a sea of red-costumed runners. There will be medals for all those who finish the run.

All proceeds from the event will be going to charity.

The Santa Run is the final event of Tenby Round Table's 2018 calendar, and table chairman Dan Cope said: "We are delighted to be hosting this event once again in Tenby, and hope to build on the success of last year.

"This event comes at the end of a busy year for us, following hot on the heels of our very successful beer festival.

"I'd like to thank all the volunteers that support and produce our events, for their continued support."
