Three kayakers are safe after getting into difficulty in stormy conditions off the Pembrokeshire coast this afternoon (Saturday).
RNLI crews and a Coastguard helicopter were involved in the operation off Sandy Haven, near Milford Haven.
HM Coastguard said: "HM Coastguard received a call at 2pm this afternoon (08 December) from the police saying that three people were in difficulty after having capsized in their kayaks near to Sandy Haven, Pembrokeshire.

"Coastguard rescue teams from Dale and Broadhaven, Angle RNLI Lifeboat, HM Coastguard search and rescue helicopter based at St Athan, the [Milford Haven]Port Authority pilot boat and a Marine Police boat were all sent.
"One casualty made it safely ashore on their own, one was rescued from the water by Angle RNLI lifeboat, the other was winched from a cliff by the coastguard helicopter.
"All are reported to be safe and well."
