A PIECE of Neyland's political history is up for sale.
The former town council offices in High Street are on the market for £110,000.
Particulars for the property state it has 'development potential', ample parking, and could be restored into two separate properties.
But, as has been stated by councillors many times over recent years, the project will require significant work.
The building has been empty since September, when the council vacated and moved just down the road to 54 High Street.
In 2015 councillors voted to go into partnership with Neyland Community Interest Company (CIC) on its plans to transform the town's athletic club into a modern facility the whole town can use.
Money from the sale of the offices will go towards the development, which is currently underway.
Once the community hub facility is completed, the town council will be based there, as will local library services.
