A ST Dogmaels man who admitted possessing a cannabis joint has been fined by the courts.
Jon Bishop, of Briscwm Cottages, St Dogmaels, pleaded guilty to possessing the joint in the village on October 31 when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 45-year-old was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. The joint will be destroyed.
