WORKS by more than 40 Pembrokeshire painters and makers is now on show at the Waterfront Gallery in Milford Haven.

The Big Christmas Arts and Crafts Show includes ceramics, photography, studio pottery, jewellery, bronzes, metal work, papier mache, sculptures and wood work alongside water colours, oil paintings, acrylics and mixed media pieces.

Included are figurative terracotta clay farming figures from Barbara Price, life-size crows and other animals in papier mache from Juanita Humphris, ceramic black and white encrusted pots from Ruth Sargeant, domestic pottery wares from David Small, bronze and resin animal sculptures from Sally Amoore, hand woven pictures, scarves and rugs from weaver Riitta Sinkkonen Davies and homewares from Jade Sims.

Two-dimensional work is represented in various styles, sizes and colours including imaginative narrative painter Ilona David, a past short-listed painter in the BBC’s Artist of the Year Competition, and photographer Paul Richards with his award- winning bird photography now available in larger formats for the first time.

In addition, recent graduate Alexander Fox Robinson continues with his figurative crowd paintings in a single acrylic palette, and Rosemary Graham shows her pastel abstract work.

In contrast a large panoramic representational oil painting of Snowdon and seascapes are mounted by Sandra Phillips and Ray Burnell’ s windswept seas sit alongside Barbara Price’s work who continues with her agricultural theme with the large `Drover Going Home` painting.

The exhibition continues until December 29.
