A MAN has been taken to hospital, following an incident in Richard John Road tonight (Wednesday).
Armed police, local officers and paramedics were called to the street shortly after 5.30pm.
One man is understood to have been taken away in an ambulance, following reports of a stabbing.
Another man was taken away in a police car for questioning.
One neighbour came home from work tonight to see emergency vehicles filling the road.
"It was shocking," he said.
"They had the armed police with guns, and someone came running out from the house.
"It was crazy."
