Drugs bought on the ‘dark web’ were discovered after a Milford Haven man was spotted leaning over a garden wall.
Ian Michael Power, of Larch Road, Mount Estate, pleaded guilty to Class C drug possession when he appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates on Tuesday, February 12.
Abul Hussain, prosecuting, said police officers spotted Power, 43, leaning over a garden wall when they approached him on September 3.
The area was searched and a money bag of tablets was found. Power confirmed that the 20 Diazepam tablets belonged to him, adding that he had bought them on the dark web.
Mark Layton, defending, said Power made a full admission when interviewed at the police station.
Magistrates fined Power £40 and ordered him to pay £115 in costs and a surcharge.
A destruction order was made for the seized drugs.
