A MILFORD man will appear in court this morning (Tuesday) after five people were 'seriously injured' in an assault.
Officers in Milford Haven responded to an incident on Sunday night, at the Haven Hotel on Hamilton Terrace.
At around 8.15pm local officers were called, and were supported by officers from Tenby station.
Five people had been assaulted, and are still receiving medical attention for their injuries.
The witness said she saw a member of the Haven Hotel staff leave the building and run to the nearby Lord Kitchener pub to ask for help.
Twenty-seven-year-old Lemmy Best from Milford Haven was arrested at the scene and has since been charged with grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent, two counts of actual bodily harm (ABH), two counts of common assault and affray.
He was expected to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court today (March 19).
