A Pembroke Dock man has denied using a television without a licence.
Leighton Clarke, of Church Street, pleaded not guilty to using a colour television set without a licence when he appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Wednesday, April 24.
The offence is alleged to have taken place on December 1.
A trial date was listed for June 5 at Merthyr Tydfil court, Clarke, 40, will appear via video link from Haverfordwest.
