A speeding Narberth woman has been ordered to pay £415.
Vanessa Lewis Camacho, of Coxhill, Narberth, pleaded guilty to speeding when she appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, April 30.
A charge of failing to provide information about the identity of the driver was withdrawn by the court.
Camacho, 50, admitted driving a Ford Kuga on North Road, Cardiff, at 35mph in a 30mph limit on September 13.
Representing herself, Camacho, who previously held a clean driving licence, said: “I’m sorry. I was exceeding the speed limit and I am very embarrassed to be here.”
Magistrates fined Camacho £300 and added three penalty points to her licence.
She will also pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.
