Nightclub assault
A man was hurt during an assault inside a Whitehaven nightspot over the weekend.
Police are investigating the assault which happened at about 1.30am on Sunday.
It happened inside the Joe Bananas nightclub on Duke Street.
Two men were involved and one of them suffered minor facial injuries.
Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident is asked to call 101 or call CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
