Firefighters have tackled a grass fire at a former driving range in Carlisle.
Crews from Carlisle West Fire station rushed to the fire just before 7pm last night.
The remote location made it difficult for the crew to access it with the fire engine.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue said: "The fire was in the trees near the old driving range at the Swifts in Carlisle.
"We extinguished it using wildfire packs as the location was too remote for the fire engine to access."
