TWO Aberporth men have been fined after admitting breaching planning regulations.
Christopher Howard Dean, aged 26, and Graham Howard Dean, aged 71, both of Dolawel, Heol Yr Ogof, Aberporth, both admitted to two charges of failing to give the local authority a building notice or deposit full plans and of failing to give notice of intention to commence building works at Dolawel between November 1 last year and April 19.
Both were fined £160 each when they appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. They also were both ordered to pay £200 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
