CHARGES of assault and criminal damage against an Aberporth man have been dropped.
Christopher Michael Lewis, of Erwlas, Parcllyn, Aberporth, had pleaded not guilty to a charge of criminal damage to a table in Cardigan on June 10 and had also denied assaulting a woman in Cardigan on June 16.
Both charges against the 28-year-old were discontinued when the case was brought back before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
