A DROP-IN event explaining the local authority's new kerbside waste sort scheme will be held later this month in Hubberston and Hakin Community Centre.
The event is to inform residents of Pembrokeshire County Council's service change, which starts on November 4.
The drop-in session will be held at the centre on Wednesday, September 25, from 5-8pm.
Hubberston and Hakin county councillors Viv and Mike Stoddart are organising the event to inform residents of the changes the council are making to the collection of household waste, in particular, recycling.
Councillor Viv Stoddart invited residents to come along and meet the council's team of environmental advisors who will be happy to answer any questions people may have on the new arrangements, together with demonstrating the new recycling containers.
Residents will also receive further information by post about the changes to the collection service and the recycling receptacles.
