THREE people have been charged with drug supply offences.
Dale Thomas Maczak, Luke Danny McEvoy and Rosamund Lillian Sears, all of Bryn Y Castell, Oldford, Welshpool, appeared together at Welshpool Magistrates Court.
Maczak, 20, was charged with five offences; possessing cocaine, heroin, cannabis and MDMA with intent to supply, and possessing an electric charger.
He did not enter a plea to any of the charges.
McEvoy, 23, was charged with three offences; supplying cocaine, cannabis and heroin.
He did not enter a plea to any of the charges.
Sears, 52, was charged with three offences; supplying heroin, cannabis and cocaine.
She entered a not guilty plea to all of the charges.
All offences are alleged to have taken place in Welshpool. Owain Jones, defending all three accused, declined to make any representations at this stage.
Stephen Davies, prosecuting, advised the magistrates that the offences were of a seriousness that could only be dealt with in the crown court.
Chair of the magistrates bench Stephen Pembroke sent the case up to Mold Crown Court with the next hearing to take place there on November 22.
All three defendants were given unconditional bail.
