A CARDIGAN man who breached a restraining order imposed by the courts has been given a six-month conditional discharge.
Timothy Harris, of Albion Terrace, Cardigan, had previously denied the charge but changed his plea to guilty when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 49-year-old admitted attending an address at Llangoedmor on August 12 when he was prohibited from doing so.
As well as the conditional discharge, Harris was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £21 victim surcharge.
