A van driver has denied speeding
A CILGERRAN van driver is to stand trial after pleading not guilty to speeding.
Timothy John Woolley, aged 61, pleaded not guilty to driving a Ford Transit at Heol y Bont, Penparcau, Aberystwyth at 54mph in a 30mph zone at 1.44am on September 12.
Llanelli Magistrates Court referred the case to Aberystwyth Justice Centre, where it is scheduled to be heard on November 28.
