A man believed to be in possession of a gun and making threats to kill was arrested this morning in an armed police raid.
The police raided a property in the Victoria Road and Hamilton Terrace area of Milford Haven.
A police spokesperson said: "A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and making threats to kill following an incident in Milford Haven this morning.
"An area of Hamilton Terrace was closed by police shortly after 8.30am.
"Armed response officers attended and swiftly arrested a man, re-opening the road at around 9.20am.
"The man currently remains in custody."
