A suspended prison sentence has been handed to a man who assaulted a police sergeant.
Shane William Goodridge, formerly of Hakin, now of no-fixed address, appeared before Llanelli magistrates on Monday, March 30.
Goodridge, 25, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker in Milford Haven on March 29.
He also admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after being released from prison on March 20.
The bench heard that Goodridge had not reported to his supervisor as directed and failed to reside at an approved address when he left custody.
Magistrates sentenced Goodridge to 14 days in prison, suspended for six months to enable him to work with the probation service.
He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £122 surcharge.
