A HENGOED man has been arrested after breaching his prison licence conditions.
Conor Webley, 26, was arrested following a Gwent Police appeal.
He was released from prison on July 14. An appeal for information on his whereabouts was issued last week.
In a Twitter post, Gwent Police said: "Thanks for sharing our appeal."
