A St Clears man has denied breaching lockdown regulations by moving a dumper truck from mid Wales to Pembrokeshire.
Shane Jennings, Bryngwyn Farm, Pwll Trapp, St Clears, aged 26, was charged with being away from his home, which at the time was in Clarbeston Road, without reasonable excuse when police stopped him on A40 at Slebech, moving a dumper truck that he had purchased in Presteigne and which he was conveying to a farm.
Llanelli magistrates adjourned the case until December 15 for trial.
