A man has admitted drugs possession
MAGISTRATES have fined a man for drugs possession in Ystradowen.
Benjamin Constance, of Dolawel, Ystradowen admitted having 12 plants and 11 cuttings of Class B drug Cannabis in his possession on August 27, 2020, at Dolawel.
The courts fined the 38-year-old £80 and ordered him to pay £34 to fund victim services and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The defendant’s guilty plea was taken into account when imposing sentence.
The bench ordered that the seized drugs be forfeited and destroyed.
