Television presenter, broadcaster and artist Timmy Mallett has been sharing his week-long adventure through west Wales.
The former Wide Awake Club and Wacaday host has been on Twitter, taking photographs of his cycle trips through Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.
In the last week, he has visited Kidwelly, Pembroke, Haverfordwest, St Davids, Manorbier, Neyland, Fishguard, Cilgerran, Carmarthen Gwaun Valley and Cardigan.
Famous tourists attractions he saw while in west Wales included the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium, St David's Cathedral, Kidwelly Castle, Pembroke Castle and Manorbier Castle.
