The 77th Pembrokeshire YFC County Rally was held recently at the Pembrokeshire County Showground, by kind permission of the Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society.
The rally was unable to take place last year due to Covid-19, and this year’s event took place in accordance with Covid-19 regulations to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
The county rally is the highlight of a busy calendar of activities and competitions and offers fantastic opportunities for members to develop new skills through learning and training for competitions, and it’s also a great opportunity to engage with and meet other YFC members from across the county.
The county queen, male ambassador and attendants were crowned during the crowning ceremony after arriving in a vintage Land Rover.
County chairman, Tania Hancock, said: "After a very difficult 15 months, it is great to welcome members back to the showground for our county rally, albeit in a different format to what we are familiar with. It was fantastic to see members coming together again, and an opportunity to showcase their hard work to the public."
After holding numerous virtual competitions during the pandemic, trophies were awarded and presented to the rightful recipients, along with those from rally day:
