Wales and Lions captain Alun Wyn Jones was seen spending some time away from the rugby pitch at the Castlemartin Firing Range, watching Exercise Iron Storm.
Only a few weeks ago, he could be seen in Haverfordwest, signing his autobiography at Victoria Bookshop on Bridge Street.
Jones watched troops in action on Exercise Iron Storm, the largest military exercise happening in the UK this year, as it could not be held in Canada due to Covid-19 reasons.
The exercise sees more than 2,000 soldiers and 250 vehicles involved to help develop war-fighting capabilities.
Jones observed exercises and discussed such topics as leadership and teamwork with the troops.
