Employees at Bluestone National Park Resort have recently been recognised by their colleagues at the Bluestone Ace Awards.

“As with most other local businesses, 2020 and 2021 has meant everyone has had to work a lot harder. We know everyone has been affected in one way or another during this time and that includes our hard-working team,” said Stuart Jaynes, director of people services.

“We wanted to recognise our team’s hard work and commitment, in addition to our rising stars. The Ace Awards are a great way for everyone to celebrate their achievements and that of their colleagues.”

The awards follow an appreciation day held at Bluestone on Friday, September 24. Staff were treated to some sweet treats and a high street voucher.

“Our team is what makes and drives Bluestone. We’re about training and supporting our employees to provide the best possible service to our guests. In addition to the Ace Awards and appreciation day we heavily invest in helping team members gain additional skills through training and working towards nationally recognised qualifications,” added Stuart.

“It is investment such as this that helps us retain employees, many of whom go on to new roles and promotion within the business.”
