A MILFORD HAVEN driver who was caught speeding at 60mph in a 40mph zone has had points put on his licence and must pay £100.
Matthew Jenkins, of Meyler Crescent, was caught driving his Fiat Idea Active on the A40 Narberth Road out of Haverfordwest on May 18 this year.
A speed camera recorded him driving at 60mph in the 40mph zone.
Jenkins,36, entered a guilty plea under the single justice procedure when he appeared in front of magistrates in Llanelli on Wednesday, October 6.
Magistrates fined him £36 and ordered him to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £30.
They also endorsed his driving licence with three points.
The bench took Jenkins' guilty plea into account when imposing sentence.
Jenkins has until November 3 to pay the £100.
